We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates to accurately pick, pack, and prep finished goods for a national mattress chain specializing in beds with adjustable firmness & support, plus pillows & bedding in Tampa, FL!

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $15.50/hour with Weekly Pay

Schedule (Days and Time):Monday-Friday (7:00am-5:00pm)

As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

Accurately pick, pack, and prep finished goods promptly.

Operate within Oracle WMS using a hand-held scanner.

Perform 5 S activities (i.e., sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain a cycle) and other general housekeeping duties.

Perform inventory counts and physical inventory as required.

Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.

Safely operate the balers to assist in mattress disposal.

Assist in the assembly process.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience in a warehouse packaging or related role is a plus!

Ability to perform essential functions of picking, packing, shipping, and assembly operations including heavy lifting (i.e., 30 lbs.)

Ability to perform essential functions (i.e., walk, stand, bend, twist, and lift).

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours or more in an uncontrolled work environment.

Ability to operate simple hand tools (i.e., utility knife, tape gun, etc.).
